Allie looked at him, surprised. "Do you have a sample? I wouldn't think..." She tried to think of ways to get one.

"No, I don't." Fox said, "But I'm sure we can find a way to get some."

Allie sighed. "But she's in Arkham. We couldn't get it through her, and who else would she trust?" Allie knew that the only people Ash seemed to like were her old students and her family, and neither of those people would be likely to store pain toxin to her. "How, do you think?" she asked.

"I don't know," Fox said. "You could try to talk to her, or maybe her doctor at the asylum. He could have some information. I heard that the head of Arkham took her case."

"I could talk to her." She said thoughtfully. "I'm not surprised." she added. "She seemed like she needs it."

Fox chuckled. "You'd be willing to go talk to the woman who tortured you Miss Moss?"

Allie snorted. "I already did. Part of the time I think she though I liked her." She rolled her eyes.

"It sounds to me like Miss Sheridan is the type of person that needs someone to talk to," Fox said. He crossed his arms. "The path she chose makes that hard..."

"I..." Allie gulped, deciding if she really wanted to say this. "If you need to test the antidote... you cant test it one me." She had thought about this, and it seemed right. After all, it was only pain. There were worse things in the world-- like seeing loved ones and little children in pain. And this would stop that.

"Miss Moss, I would never inflict that kind of torture on anyone," Fox said firmly. "I'll find a way to test it without using the original substance."

"Are you sure?" Allie cared about the pain, but she cared more about the other people who would have to live through it if their antidote failed. "Well then, when should we get started?" (Not now. )

"When ever we get the toxin in it's liquid form," Fox said, smiling.

Wanting to help, Allie said, "I'll go talk to Ash. Or maybe I can ask her psychiatrist. (Probably messed that word up. ) I don't mind doing that." She smiled, already heading towards the door.

Fox followed her. "Sounds good," he said as the elevator opened and they went up. "Good luck Miss Moss."

"Thanks." She left the building.
(I'm gonna post in Arkham now.)
