Without questioning, Aleenya went for the door on the right.

Crane, a little more worried, followed also. The hallway beyond was devoid of life, and Crane recognized where he was again. However, regardless of that, the screen on the wall had already begun guiding them again. "How long are we planning on trusting that?" he asked, glancing with worry down a side hall. "It's not exactly taking us in the right direction."

"It stopped us from being killed so far," Aleenya snapped. "What else have we got?"

Crane reluctantly kept his mouth shut, and and followed Aleenya, and the directions as she did. He guided the way towards the hidden magical basement room whenever there was no screen to guide them.

Aleenya turned to face him. "Well, now what?" she demanded, a little snappier than normal. (Which is saying something, where Crane is concerned.)

Crane didn't say anything, but began leading the way towards the basement. And soon, with very little interference, they had reached a terrifyingly old elevator. "Here," he murmured.

Aleenya nodded quickly and snuck into it. "Still gonna try to get your gas?" she murmured.

"There's no point in being here otherwise," he muttered, using the key to start the elevator down. "Might as well."

"I'm following you," Aleenya said, in a rare moment of not trying to piss Crane off.

Crane nodded, and soon the elevator came to a stop. He led the way to his hidden storeroom of chemicals and equipment and shiitake mushrooms. A small amount of the actual toxin was there and synthesized, but not enough. Across the room, on an old screen, was the word "Hello."

"Who the fragdaggle are you?" Aleenya asked the screen, not expecting an answer.

Crane was very uncomfortable about the idea of whoever this was being able to meet them, in a sense, in a place he had told no one about until today. Nonetheless, he set to work gathering what he could easily carry and make use of. "The containers on the shelf over there have the finished toxin," he told Aleenya, gesturing to her left. "We should take that with if nothing else."

Aleenya went to grab it.

Crane stored away several of the smaller equipment pieces, and chemicals-- carefully. All the while watching the unchanging "Hello." on the screen. He finished with one bag, and asked Moss how much room she had with the finished products. He didn't want to over burden them if they had to run again, but he needed more.

"I can take a bit more," Aleenya told him. "I have a feeling we're going to need this shiitake mushrooms."
